She expanded its reach far beyond South Florida, with a particularly strong presence in France and Switzerland. Marie-Charlotte Piro has also developed MC² Realty's competitive position in Commercial Real Estate in the sectors of Downtown Miami and the Biscayne Corridor.

Marie-Charlotte Piro is very active in her local community. She is a board member of the Morningside Civic Association and a Young Ambassador for the Miami Children's Hospital Foundation. She is a founding member of the Luxury Homes Marketing Institute and a member of the Miami Chapter of the Master Brokers Forum. She has been a speaker for the International Federation of Real Estate Professionals (FIABCI) and for the National Association of Realtors. Marie-Charlotte Piro is the Miami representative for the international luxury real estate label Viaprestige and, since 2013, she is the founder and President of the Federation of French Realtors of Miami (FPIM).
